PCJ Holdings Pvt. Ltd. wants every investor — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology — to be able to use pcjholdings.in with confidence. This page describes what we have built, the standard we work to, and how to reach us if something does not work for you.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility checks are part of our release process, and pages are re-tested when they change.
What we have built
- Accessibility panel — the floating accessibility button on every page lets you increase text size, raise contrast, use a dyslexia-friendly reading mode, highlight links, enlarge the cursor, pause animations and more.
- Keyboard support — the site can be navigated with Tab/Shift-Tab, menus and accordions work with Enter/Space, and a “Skip to content” link is the first element on each page.
- Visible focus — interactive elements show a clear focus outline when you navigate by keyboard.
- Screen-reader support — pages use semantic landmarks and headings, form fields carry programmatic labels, and status messages are announced.
- Reduced motion — if your device sets “prefers reduced motion”, animations and counters are switched off automatically.
- Colour contrast — body text and controls are designed to meet AA contrast against the brand palette.
- Responsive layout — content reflows down to small phone screens without horizontal scrolling, and the site remains usable at 200% zoom.
Known limitations
- Some services open on partner platforms we do not build — for example the account-opening (eKYC), Re-KYC and IPO application portals, and exchange or depository websites. We are asking those vendors to meet the same standard, but their pages may differ.
- A few older PDF documents in the download centre are scans; we are progressively replacing them with accessible, text-selectable versions. If you need one urgently, contact us and we will help directly.
